# Vote

You can participate in the EKL reward distribution voting with the vEKL obtained by storing EKL, Eclipse of governance token, in a vault. This vote determines the inflation rate of EKL for each pool, and this vote is held weekly.

## How to vote 

1. After logging in, go to the vote tab to vote.

2\. In the vote tab, you can check the following parts.

Field ❶: This is a field that you can check the date when the EKL reward rate is changed by the current voting.

Field ❷: This is a field that shows the status of the pool related to voting, and it includes the following in more detail.

1. **Relative Weight:** It refers to the percentage of votes in the pool.
2. **Next APR:** It refers to APR according to the current voter turnout, and the reward ratio is updated after voting ends.
3. **Current APR:** The current APR of the pool.

Field ❸: This is a field where users enter the amount of vEKL to be exercised in the pool.

3\.  In field ❸, enter the amount of vEKL you want to exercise on the pool you want to vote for. After a week, the vEKL exercised at this time will be recharged according to the number of your possessions in the next voting season.

4\. Click the Review vote button to finally check the voting history. At this time, you can check the following:

**Voting effectiveness period** : It refers to the period during which interest can be received while the corresponding voting information is reflected.

**Next APR** : It refers to the estimated APR that the voting pool will receive based on the current turnout.
