What is the calculator used for?

In Eclipse, the more you contribute to the protocol, the more rewards you can receive. We call it Boost. 👉Learn more about Boost function

Because each user contributes differently, the Boost effect is applied differently to each user. For this reason, Eclipse provides a calculator function to make it easier to predict.다.

How to use the calculator

  1. There are two ways to access the calculator.

1-1) How to select Boost Calculator, which is the last option that appears when you hover your mouse over DAO

1-2) Hover the mouse on DAO, move to the Lock EKL in Valut screen and select Boost Calaculator on the right side of vEKL Amount.

2. The contents you can see when entering the calculator screen are as follows.

❶My Balance: This is the part where you enter your balance. By default, my balance is entered, and the user can enter a preferred number separately.

❷Total Amount: You can input the amount related to the total amount of value contained in the protocol. Also, by default, the current quantity is entered, and the user can enter the preferred number separately.

❸ Calculation result: You can see the result based on the values entered in ❶ and ❷.

3. First, click the first box in ❶.

4. From the list of pools, select the pool for which you are curious about the reward.

5. Enter the number of LP tokens in the pool you have or keep the current value.

6. In the second box, enter the number of vEKL you have or keep the current value.

7. Next, enter the total amount of vEKL in the protocol on the second box of ❷ or keep the current value.

8. Next, enter the total amount of vEKL in the protocol on the second box of area ❷ or keep the current value.

9. In ❸, you can see the value that changes according to the input value above and predict value applied by your boost. The values that can be checked here are as follows.

1) Boost: Expected boost value

2) My Minimum Total vEKL for Max Boost: This refers to the minimum amount of vEKL a user must have to receive the maximum boost of 2.5x.
